At Terre Paisible, the olive trees yield fruit of astonishing quality, which is handpicked and cold pressed as quickly as possible to capture the natural goodness in the oil. Each of the farm’s five Italian olive varieties—Favolosa, Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina and Delicata—is separately pressed, and then tasted and expertly blended to create Terre Paisible’s Aromatique Huile d’Olive, Modérée Huile d’Olive and Délicate Huile d’Olive respectively.
Favourably received by judging panels and gourmands alike, the Aromatique Huile d’Olive packs a punch first with its zesty aroma and then the peppery intensity and complexity of its taste.
