Win tickets to Wacky Wine Weekend in the Robertson wine valley this June

THE famous Wacky Wine Weekend takes place from June 7 to 9, 2019. This well–established event has become a highlight on the social calendars of people across the country, attracting connoisseurs, novices, families and friends alike travelling far and wide to “taste the lifestyle”.

This year marks Wacky Wine Weekend’s sweet 16th anniversary and will include produce from more than 30 established wineries and tourism establishments in the Ashton, Bonnievale, McGregor and Robertson region. The participating wineries will be opening their cellar doors to showcase the finest vintages in the Robertson Wine Valley. Over the course of Wacky Wine Weekend, award-winning wines can be savoured through tours, pairings and interactive tastings by exceptional winemakers. Live music, food stalls with hearty country cuisine and fun activities for children complete the well-rounded entertainment experience.

Weekend pass tickets are available with a new ticketing partner, Howler, for R200pp and R150pp for pensioners. Children under 18 enter for free. Visit the festival website for the programme of what each participating winery and tourism establishment will showcase over the course of the weekend, to tailor your own weekend escapade.

Book your accommodation in time and be sure to make your way to the lush Robertson Wine Valley, the perfect country escape, a mere two hours from Cape Town on the famous Route 62.
