Spoil Dad with Knorhoek Valley’s celebrated Country Feast at home

by Press Release 16 Jun 2020
by Press Release 16 Jun 2020

WINTER is here and along with it, a pretty important date for all the dads out there. You guessed it: Father’s Day. Although most sons and daughters don’t need a specific date to celebrate the most important man in their life, every dad in the country does get his special day on the calendar.

Celebrating might look different this year, but if you’re not able to dine together, Knorhoek Wine Farm’s resident restaurant has the perfect solution with its A Gift to you Dad competition running now until June 30. The prize includes a two-night stay in its exquisite self catering cottage, with friends or family of four, with six bottles of Knorhoek wine and its delectable Country Feast at Knorhoek restaurant for four people, all to the value of R8 090.

To enter this competition you would need to be located in the Stellenbosch, Paarl, Northern Suburbs or Somerset West regions; and you’ll have to order the three-course Country Feast between now and June 30. The Knorhoek Farm restaurant is celebrated for its homely farm fresh, seasonal, and delicious dishes, and the Country Feast gives families the opportunity to enjoy these delectable meals in the safety and comfort of their own homes.

The feast box comprises a three-course spread with Knorhoek’s freshly baked farm breads and artisanal butters to accompany a weekly interchanging menu. Examples of the homely meals include braised lamb shoulder with roasted vegetables; butter chicken curry; traditional Peppermint Crisp tart and sensational chocolate brownies.

The feast boxes are available Tuesdays to Sundays, at R200 per person; free delivery to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Northern Suburbs and Somerset West for orders of R400 or more. A R50 delivery fee is applicable for boxes less than R400.

Orders can be placed via info@knorhoek.co.za or via the whatsap line on 082 340 9465. Pre-payment essential only by EFT. Menus will change on a weekly basis. For more information, click here or contact guesthouse@knorhoek.co.za / 021 865 2114.
