Simply by ordering Chef Mynhardt Joubert’s Christmas Box you can present these season-perfect dishes at your own Christmas table without all the fuss and effort it would otherwise take.

“My Christmas Box is a full-on feast with all the trimmings, home-made in my Station Street Kitchen; all you have to do is heat up the oven and set the table,” says Mynhardt, the Paarl-based chef known for big flavours and flair for updating traditional classics. “Less prepping and washing up means more time to sit back and socialise!”

With clear instructions supplied for warming and crisping up the food even inexperienced home cooked can serve up chef quality dishes. It’s also the chance to support a small local enterprise.

In the spirit of generosity Mynhardt also fills up a gift box with goodies for an easy-going Boxing Day. This treat comes with compliments of Rhodes Quality and Magpie and includes easy recipes and a video loaded with great ideas.

Mynhardt’s Christmas Box serves 6 – 8 guests and costs R2 700 per box (this works out to R450 per person for 6 people). Place orders at [email protected] or by Whatsapp at 078 800 5155 by December 18. Payment via EFT or by credit card on delivery or collecting. Due to Covid19 no cash is handled.

Delivery/pick-up options:

Boxes can be picked up on December 24 from 12pm at 24 Station Street in Paarl.

Deliveries in the Cape Peninsula will take place December 22-24 @ R250 per box.

Mynhardt’s Christmas Box can also be ordered for Johannesburg and Durban, with collection at the depots of LCM Express. Cost is R600 per box.
