OVERBERG MTB Events will host the Sky Villa Trans Plett MTB Classic at the Sky Villa Boutique Hotel from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 March 2022.
“This is an event that will bring our recently launched Sky Trails to the forefront of mountain biking trails,” says Paul Duverge, group general manager of Raw Africa Boutique Collection (formerly Cape Summer Villas Boutique Collection). The Sky Trails route is a variety of flowing, but punchy climbs and exhilarating descents designed for a marathon stage.
Enhancing this two-day MTB stage event at the 5-star Sky Villa Boutique Hotel will be the tailor-made boutique-style weekend accommodation. Sky Villa Trans Plett MTB Classic entry options, fees and packages:
- Solo entry/solo occupancy: R8 100 – a two-night stay in a double room at a Raw Africa Boutique Collection property (single occupancy), all meals and event entry fee. Spouses/partners sharing accommodation (non-riders) will be charged an additional R1000 for accommodation and R1000 for a weekend meal package option.
- Solo entry/shared accommodation: R5 850 – a two-night stay in a twin room (two guests) at a Raw Africa Boutique Collection property (shared accommodation), all meals and the event entry.
- Solo entry without meals and accommodation: R3 000
The all-inclusive entry package includes accommodation at one of three premier Raw Africa Boutique Collection’s establishments: the luxurious 5-star award-winning Sky Villa Boutique Hotel, the stand-alone Villa One @ Sky and the luxury 5-star bed and breakfast at Hobie Beach, plus all meals, all permits and a bottle of complimentary wine, goody bag, SOX footwear, and event buff. Reservations are on a strictly first come first served basis.
Sky Villa Boutique Hotel will be featuring live entertainment by Shaza Greeff, DJ Ollie and Matthew Mole from 3pm to 7pm on Saturday, March 12, which is included in the entry package for MTB riders staying at Sky Villa (riders not staying at Sky Villa can purchase tickets at R150 per person).
