Crime drama and Chelsea Flower Show focus on environmental issues


IN the new BritBox Original, After the Flood, the mystery unfolds when the town of Waterside is hit with the largest flood in its history. The community pulls together to keep everyone safe. However, when mystery bodies turn up, it’s time to investigate. Watch from May 13.

When an unidentified man is found dead in a lift in an underground car park, police assume he became trapped as the waters rose. As the investigation progresses, PC Joanna Marshall becomes obsessed with discovering what happened to him and why? The mystery unfolds across the series while we also see the real impact of climate change on the lives of residents in this small town. The floods threaten to expose secrets, and fortunes and reputations are at stake. But how far will people go to protect themselves?

Celebrate the very best of British talent at the 2024 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises  ceremony, live from the Royal Festival Hall on May 12. The show includes red carpet interviews and the full ceremony of this year’s prestigious awards.

The 2024 show (watch from May 20) promises amazing garden designs, gorgeous floral displays and horticultural inspiration in a year which promises to be the most sustainable yet. The garden designers are creating sustainable gardens using eco- techniques, low carbon materials and processes that are reducing their impact on the environment.
