FROM the culture-defining Sex and the City series, via two feature films and prequel The Carrie Diaries,the curtain comes down on the world of Carrie Bradshaw and her tight-knit group of friends for the final time with the third season of And Just Like That… from 18 September at 9pm on M-Net.
The final chapter – starting 27 years after the first – follows Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. Carrie and Aiden (John Corbett) are figuring out a long-distance relationship, Miranda has embraced her sexuality and is exploring the challenges of the tech-driven over-50s gay dating scene and Charlotte finds herself grappling with the realities of raising two archetypal Gen Z teenagers.
High-end property mogul Seema (Sarita Choudhury) and documentary filmmaker Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker) aren’t immune to similar trials and tribulations – and there’s always something unexpected around the corner for all the characters.
