De Hoop Collection, a Cape Country Routes member, is within the pristine De Hoop Nature Reserve, one of South Africa’s most beautiful and tranquil areas a three-hour drive from Cape Town.
The weekend will be hands on – you’ll be measuring, mixing and kneading from the get-go, learning about making starters, doughs, ciabatta, focaccia and pizzas and you’ll leave with a confidence and an enthusiasm to make your own breads and pizzas on a daily basis.
