Cape Town’s wellness scene gets flavour-packed upgrade with The Good Life Show 2026

CAPE TOWN’S appetite for conscious living is about to get a serious boost as The Good Life Show returns to the CTICC from 29 to 31 May 2026, bringing together the worlds of food, wellness, sustainability and innovation under one roof.

Now in its sixth year, the event has evolved into far more than a traditional expo. Think immersive food experiences, cutting-edge wellness trends, plant-forward cuisine, sustainable beauty brands and interactive tastings designed for modern consumers who want to live – and eat – a little better.

One of the biggest talking points this year is the debut of the IMBO Theatre of Taste, a new interactive culinary space that places guests at the centre of the action. The immersive arena combines live chef demonstrations with tasting experiences, allowing visitors to sample dishes as they’re prepared while learning about ingredients, nutrition and food trends directly from industry experts.

The culinary lineup features some of the continent’s most exciting food personalities, including Food Network favourite Jenny Morris, MasterChef SA’s Peter Goffe-Wood, Nigerian chef and food storyteller Chef T, wild food innovator Roushanna Gray and celebrated farm-to-table chef Chris Erasmus.

But food is only one part of the experience.

Visitors can also explore more than 250 exhibitors showcasing everything from functional beverages and organic pantry staples to eco-conscious fashion, clean beauty products and sustainable homeware. African botanicals, heritage ingredients and natural wellness solutions are expected to feature strongly throughout the event.

The show reflects a growing shift in consumer habits, where people are increasingly prioritising wellness, transparency and sustainability in their everyday choices. Whether it’s plant-based eating, mindful drinking or environmentally responsible skincare, the event offers a glimpse into the future of lifestyle and hospitality trends shaping South Africa and beyond.

For Cape Town foodies, wellness enthusiasts and curious trend hunters alike, The Good Life Show promises three days of flavour, discovery and inspiration. All with a proudly local and globally relevant perspective.

The Good Life Show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 29–31 May 2026. Tickets are available at Quicket and at the door.
