Cape Country Routes launches loyalty membership programme

CAPE Country Routes (CCR) South Africa has launched a loyalty membership programme which “allows us to say ‘thank you’ to our amazing customers by offering them loyalty benefits, plus it will maximise customer retention, both of which are essential to Cape Country Routes’ continued growth,” said Cape Country Routes chairman William Stephens, and owner of De Hoop Collection, a CCR member.

This important milestone comes hot on the heels of the recent implementation of the CCR’s Central Reservations – a “One Stop Shop” for all self-drive travel itinerary, accommodation, activities, car rentals and Cape Country Routes packages bookings.

Arniston

Cape Country Routes began in 1997 by resourceful independent hotel and country inn owners to promote the splendours of South Africa and encourage visitors to explore the scenic, romantic and historic routes in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Cape. It represents a group of owner-operated and managed accommodation establishments and activity service providers for memorable holidays, getaways and adventures-of-a-lifetime.

According to Stephens, all CCR’s quality accommodation establishments and the wide range of adventure, wildlife and fun-filled activity service providers are selected for their character, charm, and romance align closely with the vision of Cape Country Routes. All members are vetted before joining and this Cape Country Routes stamp of approval is a “badge of honour” that travellers can trust.
