South Africa’s vegan community is constantly growing and is at an “all-time high” ranking us in the top 30 in the world; it is a no-brainer that Radisson RED V&A Waterfront Cape Town will again host its renowned Yes Ve-Gan three-course Christmas Day menu.
This experience takes people on a journey of culinary delights, festively themed, and served with a lekker, local twist. The lunch takes place on 25 December 2022 at 12pm.
The menu features a selection of tinsel treats, followed by:
- Creamy coconut & cauliflower curry, pickled tomato
- Pumpkin crown steaks, walnut pesto & white miso caramel
- Earth pulse-barley risotto, roasted red pepper & chickpea
- Charred broccoli spears, sultana purée, crisp Brussels sprouts
- Sweet sticky tofu, wild garlic oil, shaved white radish
- Cherry and apple crumble topped with coffee drizzle
