THE festive season is around the corner and and so is the popular Festive Ideas market at the Simondium’s Country Lodge between Paarl and Franschhoek from October 23-27. The market will inspire you to entertain with panache with loads of décor ideas, incredible gift ideas as well as delectable deli products.
The market prides itself on the quality of hand-crafted and innovative products available. Whether you like to go traditional or contemporary, you will find something that will capture the festive spirit. The glorious Peacock Place (Poupaleis) in the beautifully landscape gardens will definitely be the centre of attention surrounded with food stalls, baristas and local wine producers.
The market will be open daily from 9am till 4.30pm from Wednesday till Saturday, but will close at 3pm on Sunday. Entry tickets are R40 per adult; free entry for children under 18. Ample secure parking is available.
