Other vendors include:

  • The Black Olive: An authentic Cape Malay cuisine stall that has you covered with everything from butter chicken and lamb curry to samosas, spring rolls and more.
  • Gordon Alexander: Purveyors of uniquely designed coffee and chocolate truffles, loved for unique and delectable coffee and chocolate pairings.
  • Stockyard Artisan Foods Co.: Wood fired pizza and coffee served from a modified Mercedes truck. Delicious pizzas and iced coffees are as classy and classic as their ride.
  • Tunisian Delights: A delightful selection of Tunisian and Middle Eastern menu items, with shawarmas, tramezzini, and laffa. They’ve been known to give extra humus if you ask nicely!

Slow Market Nederburg boasts an awesome children’s play area, an expansive lawn and sprinkler fun for children. Outside areas are dog-friendly, but they must be on leashes and owners are to clean up after their pets. For adults, the Nederburg Cab Corner Bar will be serving a variety of Nederburg’s award-winning wines, along with Berg River Brewery beers on tap, gin cocktails, sangria jugs and rosé ice lollies. Taste, learn and discover more about the world of wine with themed tutored tastings presented on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30am and 11.30am. R50pp gets you a tasting of four wines and a R50 Slow Money voucher to spend at your favourite stall.

The Kids’ Party Zone is available for children’s parties with seating for up to 20 outdoors under a shady old oak tree, next to the Kids’ Play Park. Party packages include customisable services, drink, food and snack offerings. Host your next party or function at the stylish indoor Slow Lounge, ideal for bridal showers, birthday parties and more, with menu packages from vendors available with bookings. There’s also an outdoor Slow Lounge for relaxed small group gatherings.
